Client A, a recently funded startup approached us to help build a high-calibre sales team for their EMEA expansion. They had struggled with recruitment previously and felt that their outreach was going unnoticed. With a three part strategy we delivered where others hadn’t; successfully placing 4 candidates.

We delivered access to the elite sales rep candidate pool the client had found difficult to penetrate. Outreach channel diversity and a pre-existing network of high-calibre MEDDIC generated much more effective conversions on qualification.
Time was of the essence as the client were keen to get underway with their growth plans but applications had stagnated. We ran exhaustive shortlisting and pre-interviews to better prepare the client to make decisions quickly. This enabled them to secure great talent in a busy and competitive market.
As a result of our process we shaved 50% off their previous average time to hire, from introduction to offer accept. A painless process that dropped from 4 weeks to just 2.
