The right candidate will ideally already work in this industry and have a great understanding of Bridging/Development Finance, be able to maximise lending opportunities with existing clients, whilst utilising their network to bring on new clients to the business.

The right candidate will be working from home, but be able to plan their day, to ensure the best use of their time to maximise business opportunities with Brokers/Intermediaries and New Customers.

The RM will look after requests for funding, working through the process with the Client and the Case Managers and reporting to the Director of Development.

    negative actions
