
Account Manager
After a tremendous domestic success in the US, my client is expanding across the pond to Europe. This exciting opportunity will be the beginning of my client’s journey in the European market, with the successful candidate being an instrumental component of the defined and ongoing strategy for the region moving forward. You can be based remotely in either Germany, Netherlands or UK&I.
My client is committed to providing nothing but excellence for all customers, providing a premium, frontline Database to leading corporations across the globe. The client is now at Series C round of funding, totalling over $50M. This is an opportunity to be one of the first feet on the ground, with extensive opportunities for business to go after.
Your role will be to manage and monitor customer renewals and expansions of annual subscriptions. You will be working with mid-market and Enterprise level clients, such as Concast and Starbucks. You will be responsible of ensuring that satisfaction needs are met with existing customers, as well as identifying opportunities for expansion revenue.
The Role

Ensuring customer satisfaction is met by delivering an exceptionalservice.

Ensuring that customers renew annual subscriptions, upselling andcross-selling effectively.

Meeting and/or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.

Working alongside colleagues to ensure a timely & successfuldelivery of solutions to your customers.
Experience Required
-
5+ years experience in a sales environment

BA Hons in an appropriate field of study or equivalent.

The ability to self-motivate and demonstrate a focussed, targetdriven mentality.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills, with an attention todetail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
