Business Development Manager – Commercial Finance
Consegna Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading Commercial Lender, specialising in Commercial Finance.
The right candidate will ideally already work in this industry and have a great understanding of Commercial Finance, be able to maximise lending opportunities with existing clients, whilst utilising their network to bring on new clients to the business.
The right candidate will be working from home, but be able to plan their day, to ensure the best use of their time to maximise business opportunities with Brokers/Intermediaries and new customers.
The BDM will look after requests for funding, working through the process with the Client and the Case Managers and reporting to the director of development.
- Excellent time management and communication
- To be able to maximise new business opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
- To work closely with the Development Director to implement new strategic plans to help bring the business forward
- To be able to prepare and issue the required documentation having initially ensured the enquiry is suitable to criteria, having checked by using the internal calculators
- To adopt the culture of the business, always represent the business to the best of your ability and remain conscious of the negative effect of any such negative actions
- To work under your own initiative to improve and enhance sales
