This opportunity is a telephone based role and with one of the UK’s leading forward-thinking specialist Brokers.  

Consegna Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the biggest New Build Mortgage Brokerages in the UK and they are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team.

The role will be Home Based Mortgage advisor opportunity. With all your leads provided by either the developers themselves or the in-house qualifiers, you will then complete appointments over the phone with occasional site visits where necessary.

Our client has exclusive relationships with a number of Regionaly developers which means they have a steady supply of leads and fresh sites throughout their regions which is continuing to grow.

The Role

  • To help arrange Mortgage & Protection products for customers who put deposits down on New Build’s/Plots get the best possible Mortgage based of their circumstances.
  • Work with the Developers to complete the Mortgage Applications with a quick turn-around time frame.

Experience Required

  • Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered)
  • Has sold Protection e.g. Life Insurance, critical illness, income protection
  • 1-2 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Clean Driving License & have a car
  • Clean credit file
  • Experience of advising on New Build Mortgages is preferable
  • Good communicator
  • Face/Face Appointments & Telephone Based experience

Qualifications and experience

  • Full CeMAP or equivalent (Necessity)

Northampton (Home Based)

£25,000 - £30,000 Basic (OTE £65,000)
