Current requirements are for experienced Case Manager/Claims Handler’s to manage their own caseload of new and progressing claims efficiently and in line with client’s requirements and SLA’s. 


Experience Required


  • Attention to detail
  • Driven and motivated mindset
  • 1-year sales experience over the phone
  • Great communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing personality
  • Able to work in a team and alone
  • Experience selling insurance products
  • Open to training and developing skills
  • Self-management skills


  • Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
  • Reviewing customer accounts and making them aware of additional services, handling enquiries and renewals
  • Identifying a need and opportunity to up sell
  • Creating Customer Value
  • Adhering to compliance whilst remaining professional and providing a service
