What’s On Offer?

As an Intermediary Assistant, you will report to an Intermediary Supervisor and will deliver a first- class service in a busy environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.

You will assist Intermediaries in their submission of mortgage applications, having a sound understanding of our policies and processes.

You will also provide help and support on the progress of mortgage applications from receipt through to completion ensuring that the customers’ experience is at the heart of everything you do.

You will get to know & understand the different lending that Precise offer, with realistic progression routes, annual pay reviews and get promoted from within.

Key Skills:

  • Be able to work in a busy call centre environment
  • Excellent communication & verbal skill
  • Deliver 5* star service to clients/intermediaries & brokers
  • Team player
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Able to take on-board in-house training
