Consegna Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the biggest New Build Mortgage Brokerages in the UK who are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team. They have exclusive relationships with a number of Regional developers, meaning they have a steady supply of leads and fresh sites throughout their regions.

What’s On Offer?

  • All your leads provided by either the developers themselves or the in-house qualifiers
  • All appointments can be completed over the phone with occasional site visits where necessary.
  • Up to £30K basic plus £65K+ OTE
  • Admin support
  • Some flexibility around working hours, allowing you to book in your appointments at times that best suit that customer
  • Strong networks already in place so generating own leads/business is not necessary
  • Advisors recieve between 40-50 leads a month

Experience Required

  • Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered)
  • Has sold Protection e.g., Life Insurance, critical illness, income protection
  • 1-2 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with New-Build experience
  • Clean Driving License & have access to a vehicle
  • Excellent IT and telephone skills
  • Full CeMAP or equivalent (Necessity) and CAS sign off

North Leicester (Remote / Home Based)

£24,000 - £27,000 (Guaranteed commission for first 3 months)
